Data Deletion Request

Tesla Online Solution respects your right to control your personal data. If you want us to delete the personal information we hold about you in Dialo — such as your name, phone number, email, and enquiry or call-log details — you can request deletion at any time, free of charge.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to aniketsingh.meta@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Include the phone number you used for the enquiry or call (and your name/email if available) so we can locate your records.
What happens next
We will verify the request, permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, and send you a confirmation by email once it is done. Some information may be retained only if a law requires us to keep it; we will tell you if that applies.
